JOUR/NÉ – it’s holiday time.
JOUR/NÉ Collection, Ready to Wear Spring-summer 2019 – Paris Fashion Week
It was hot and sunny in Paris, and hotter and sunnier in the clear plastic tent at the Ledoyen Pavillon where Jour/ne showed its collection.

Tuesday 25th September, Pavilion Ledoyen, Paris.
Designers, Lea Sebban, Lou Menais and Jerry Journo had an Ibiza flavoured taste in their summer collection. With the fluorescent orange wavy cut-out on the floor signalling the catwalk, it was sunglasses all round.
Citrus coloured tie-dye; grapefruit, lemon, orange, with white, sizzled in sexy slivers of sun dress or soft tunic-tops.
These were teamed with the season’s must have item, cycle shorts. Other tropical fruits appeared as prints upon crisp-white, as easy button through dresses worn over 1950’s style shirred and ruched swimwear.
Simple tailored looks in scarlet coloured eyelet-lace cotton, or pale, sand coloured ottoman added to the mix.
The short, swinging and tiered dresses could easily take the wearer from beach-bar to dinner and out to the disco with little effort.
The fun and on target collection with the tiny sling-bags on beaded straps, with neat black head-wraps, made a perfect summer wardrobe for a Jour/ne client.
